In 2011 the Little Heroes Foundation provided a grant to the Starfish Foster Home in support of the foster children staying at the home in Xi’an, China.
Since that time, LHF has stayed in touch with the efforts of the Starfish Foster Home and it’s founder and director, Amanda de Lange.
On Saturday, July 14, Amanda passed away after a short battle with cancer. Amanda will forever be remembered for her tireless efforts to improve the lives of orphaned children in China.
