The Little Heroes Foundation joined with HopeKids to put on the holiday event for local children who have been diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Hundreds turned out for separate parties at 4 and 6:30 p.m. The children attending could play Twister, draw pictures, have a photo taken with Santa, talk to Santa and eat. Local businesses and their employees joined in the cause by purchasing and donating gifts given to HopeKids at the party. Nature’s Sunshine is the founding corporate sponsor of Little Heroes Foundation.
